Summary of CorCAD Implementations and Development.

New module: an on-line exporter Added a new module: an on-line exporter. The new module allows one to export three catergories of information: transactions, counters, device status. Information to exported is configurable so called export-lists. Export-list can then be assigned to each device. In order to give a priority to the authorization traffic the exporter module can also be controlled in two additional ways: - set a limit on a maximum number of messages per-second to be exported (and slow down the export stream, when the value is exceeded), - set the busy-hours when the export should be put on hold (hold the export stream within busy-hours and start later on).

Remote Key Management for ATMs Implemented Remote Key Management for ATMs. Wincor-Nixdorf and Diebold/NCR signatures and certificates based solutions are implemented and tested. Electronic Journal infomation Added support for transfer of Electronic Journal infomation from ATMs, in real-time. The information is sent by the ATM within seconds after it gets written to the journal file on the ATM's hard disk. The received information can be groupped in folders (by the terminal ID and/or by the date) on the host side and is easily available for further processing in the backoffice systems. Wincor Nixdorf CashIn machines Added support for Wincor Nixdorf's CashIn machines using native NDC extension. One can configure up to 80 different banknote denominations and up to 19 different coin denominations. Added a number of new tokens that can be used on the receipts and/or terminal screens in order to display/print information related to the money that is being deposited. Deposit accounts for on-line cash deposit Added new functionality (new transaction types) that can be used to let the customers to register/edit/delete the deposit accounts directly at the ATM. The deposit accounts can then be used by the customers as a target account numbers for their on-line cash deposit at the CashIn machines. Dynamic Currency Conversion Added support for the Dynamic Currency Conversion. The DCC is supported in all possible scenarios: cash withdrawal at the ATM, gsm top up sale at the ATM, purchase at the POS terminal and return/refund at the POS terminal. The DCC is supported for both, the magnetic and EMV cards. The system was certified by VISA and MasterCard. Supervisor transaction without of a physical card Added support for supervisor transaction at the ATM without the use of a physical card. This is also known as an operator transaction. There are now two methods suported to be used with any ATM: the counters-difference based and the new one - supervisor transaction based. Each ATM can be configured to use one of these algorithms as necessary.

Users with proper access rights can define information that is displayed on the ATM screens as well as the information that is printed on the receipts, according to the business requirements. Cryptographic keys and PIN security is provided by built-in support for cryptographic messages compliant with Thales HSM devices.

TCP/IP protocol is used for all the telecommunication needs:

  • ATM and POS terminals,
  • card issuer system,
  • HSM devices.
